Trusting In The Process
I have spent so much time in the past worrying about the future and what might happen in my life. Frozen in imaginings about worst case scenarios while simultaneously paralyzed in the ability to take action in that state of being.
That way of interacting with the world within and outside of me was not helping me, nor was it helping the good of humanity.
I invite you to ask yourself, “what would I do differently if I trusted that everything was going to work out in the best way possible?”
If you have created a story or belief that “nothing ever works out for me.” I strongly suggest that you work on shifting that belief. It is possible, not easy, but completely possible.
This is some of what I have done to transform my inner world:
Therapy
Journaling & reflecting
Energy healings (our mind, body, and spirit are all interconnected)
Prayer & rituals
Meditation (check out the meditation classes I offer, both virtually and in person)
Listening to and saying positive affirmations (there are so many videos on YouTube)
Letting go of people in my way of becoming the version of myself I want to fully embody, my higher self (this one can be really challenging but is so worth it)
